Repeat Offender Design Tools Terms of Use & Policies. These terms apply to digital products, templates, design assets, tutorials and other resources purchased or accessed through Repeat Offender Design Tools. By purchasing, downloading or using one of our products, you agree to these terms.

Your Licence
When you purchase a Repeat Offender Design Tools product, you are purchasing a license to use the product. You are not purchasing ownership of the original template, design asset or underlying intellectual property. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase includes a license for **one individual user**. Your license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
What You Can Do
You may:
- Use our templates & tools to create your own original artwork and seamless patterns.
- Use artwork and patterns you create with our templates & tools for personal or commercial projects.
- Sell products featuring your finished patterns or artwork, including physical products and print-on-demand products.
- Sell or license your finished pattern designs to clients.
- Modify and customise the templates as part of your own creative workflow.
- Use the tools repeatedly for your own projects.
**The work you create using our tools is yours.**
What You Can't Do
You may not:
- Sell, share, distribute, sublicense or give away the original template or tool.
- Upload the original files to shared drives, marketplaces, resource libraries, membership sites or file-sharing platforms.
- Give the files to another person, business, employee or contractor for their own independent use.
- Resell modified versions of our templates or tools as templates, design resources or digital products.
- Claim the original template, tool or supplied design asset as your own creation.
- Use our files to create a directly competing template, toolkit or design resource for resale.
- Remove copyright or ownership information and redistribute the files.
Purchasing a product does not give you the right to redistribute the underlying Repeat Offender Design Tools files.
Supplied Example Artwork
Some products may include example motifs or artwork for demonstrating how a template works. Unless the individual product states that commercial use is included, example artwork is provided for learning and demonstration purposes only.
Your own artwork used within the templates remains yours.
Backgrounds & Design Assets
Some Repeat Offender products, including background packs and other design assets, may have their own licence conditions.
Where a product is marked **Limited Commercial Use**, the licence supplied with that product applies in addition to these Terms.
Product-specific licence terms take priority where they differ from these general terms.
Account & Toolbox Access
Some purchases provide access through a Repeat Offender Design Tools member account and My Toolbox.
Your account is for your personal use and should not be shared with another person.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account or product files are being shared or used in breach of these license terms.
Software Compatibility
Products are designed for the software identified on the individual product page.
It is your responsibility to check software requirements and compatibility before purchasing.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with unsupported software, older software versions or third-party applications unless specifically stated.
You may Contact Us if a tool appears broken in a new software version and we will endeavor to provide updated files.
Intellectual Property
Repeat Offender Design Tools retains all intellectual property rights in its original templates, tools, instructional materials, videos, graphics, branding and supplied design assets except where otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product grants you the licence described above. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original product to you.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through our website.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.
Refund Policy
Repeat Offender Design Tools sells digital products that are supplied electronically and may be available for immediate access after purchase.
Change of Mind
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been supplied or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.
This includes situations where you:
- decide you no longer want the product;
- purchase the wrong product;
- do not have the required software;
- change your mind after downloading or accessing the files; or
- decide you do not have a use for the product.
Please check the product description and software requirements before purchasing.
Something Gone Wrong?
If you receive the wrong files, cannot access your purchase, believe a file is faulty or experience another problem with your purchase, please Contact Us. We'll first try to get you up and running by fixing the issue, provide access to the correct files or otherwise resolving the problem where appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Requesting Help or a Refund
Please contact Repeat Offender Design Tools through the Contact Us page and include:
- the email address used for your purchase;
- your order number, if available;
- the product purchased; and
- a brief description of the problem.
This will help us investigate your purchase as quickly as possible.
Payment Processing
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment system and returned to the original payment method.
Changes to Products
We may update, improve or discontinue products from time to time.
Purchasing a product does not automatically entitle you to future products, new versions, additional products or features unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website, products or services for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
Australian Consumer Law
Repeat Offenders Design Tools is an Australian owned and operated business. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our products, website or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
